There are 3 potential airports that you can fly into.

Almeria being the closest 85km away, takes approximately 60 minutes to drive. 

Murcia is the next at 185km. if you take the AP7 toll road the drive is about 1hr 30mins. The A7 non toll road is about a 2 hour drive. The new Corvera Airport (RMU) will take over from Murcia in January 2019.

Thirdly is Alicante 212km, direct up the motorway. approximately a 2 hour drive.
